The pool will be closing on November 1 and will reopen on April 1, 2025.
Only residents who are up-to-date with their annual dues will be able to gain access with their key cards. Only 2 key cards are allowed per household. Pool waivers must be signed in order to obtain key cards. There is a $50 charge for replacement key cards.
Waivers and cards may be obtained from Berkshire Hathaway. Important reminders: No alcohol in the pool area. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No glass containers in the pool area.
